Abstract :
Since the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (PMSLM) exists parameter variations and load disturbances during the operation, so the conventional PID controller can not meet the requirements of the high precision servo control system. In order to solve the problem, this paper designed a controller that combined PSO with traditional PID technology to optimize parameters of PID controllers on line. The results of simulation show that the new designed control system has better dynamic performance, and also can inhibit the thrust fluctuations effectively and has strong robustness in load disturbances.
