  • Abstract
Spray cooling is a very efficient mean for dissipating high heat flux with low volumetric flux and Low surface temperature, which is used in many fields. However, there are many controversies about the heat transfer mechanism of spray cooling academically. The paper focuses on the heat transfer effect with different spray inclinations and positions. According to theoretical study, it proposes an experimental correlation basing on efficient flux density, which, with corresponding parameters confirmed by further experiment in the paper, will offer support for heat transfer calculation of spray cooling in engineering application.
