  • Abstract
    We demonstrate a novel approach for high-throughput and high-resolution fabrication of engineered infrared plasmonic antenna arrays with reusable nanostencils. Optical responses of these plasmonic antennas are comparable to that of arrays fabricated by electron-beam lithography.
