Abstract
This paper proposes a method of variable-frequency motor harmonic suppression based on variable inductance reactor. Firstly, a co-simulation model was built. It achieves the control system of the variable-frequency motor and solves the problem of field-circuit coupling under vector control. Secondly, the control strategy and the harmonic suppression program were designed. The detection of stator current harmonic is completed by the instantaneous reactive power law, and the system match appropriate reactance rate that can suppress harmonics of a particular order and the harmonic order above it according to the detected harmonic information. At last, the simulation was carried on. The simulation results show that the method of harmonic suppression based on variable inductance reactor is effective.
