Abstract :
In order to give the reliability of field test sample data, data mining and two-stage sampling are introduced in this paper. BIRCH algorithm and K-means of data mining are used to cluster the bins´ type of digital map, then two stage-sampling is taken into account to estimate the reliability of field test data instead of simple random sampling. From two samples from mobile communications network, two-stage sampling could estimate the reliability of field test sample data effectively.
