Abstract
Matter is conserved. Matter transforms from one form to the other. Matter and Energy are interchangeable. Nature works in cycles. Water Cycle, Nitrogen cycle are examples. Nature is sustainable. These cycles do not have any human intervention. Where ever human interventions took place, the cycle breaks and we do not know how to fix. Holes in Ozone layer, Acid rains are an example of man caused problems by use of hydro carbons in an endeavor to improve quality of human life. While Science, Engineering and technology are trying to bring certainty to life, the market systems look for gaps in the cycles and intervene and break the cycles of nature leaving the loose ends unanswered. The sciences have not (namely technical) adequate influence on level of the politics, on the decisions in the economic sphere. [4] Cybernetics has helped to build self organized autonomous systems like Electrical power systems grid and unmanned satellite systems. These are engineering marvels which once designed and put in service, function with little human intervention. Business Systems in Market enjoy benefit in the uncertainty and ambiguity of the system which is termed as an opportunity for service. This Paper discusses the problem in view of food and health care systems in vogue and identifies the challenges posed by market systems for cybernetics to address.
