Abstract :
Based on our novel wafer-scale “Lithium-Niobate-On-Insulator” (LNOI) platform, high-refractive-index-contrast LN photonic wires are fabricated and characterized. Even periodically poled wires are developed enabling a demonstration of second harmonic generation with 1.064 μm fundamental radiation.
