Abstract
In service science, the design of services´ value propositions is a major concern. A service´s value proposition needs to best possibly meet the customers´ requirements and preferences. We envision an approach of validating value propositions regarding stakeholder preferences. The approach proposes the modeling of value propositions using Service Feature Modeling. Stakeholder preferences are then collected based on the created model. Finally, the model and the collected preferences are unitedly evaluated and optimizations are identified under consideration of potential adaptation expenses.
