  • Abstract
In this paper, 8 high induction soft magnetic rings of FeCoV alloy 1J22 is used to simulate motor core lamination during manufacturing process, such as punching, spark wire cutting, annealing, second annealing. 8 different process procedures are selected among several combinations of manufacturing process, through comparative experiments, the influence of processing on 1J22 magnetic property is analyzed. Preliminary results indicate that, punching and spark wire cutting will cause damage on 1J22 magnetic property, Wherein punching has the greater impact, annealing allows a certain degree of recovery of magnetic property, But not more times of annealing, the better magnetic property is.
