  • Abstract
DFIG is very sensitive to grid voltage disturbance, grid voltage dip and recovery may cause overcurrents an overvoltages in rotor windings, which can damage the rotor side converter(RSC). The transient behavior of DFIG under voltage dip has been studied in many literatures, but the behavior of DFIG under voltage recovery after voltage dip is seldom reported, the transient behavior of DFIG during voltage recovery after balanced and unbalanced voltage dip are theoretically analyzed in this paper, in order to validate theory analysis, simulations have been carried out, the results are consistent with proposed theoretical analysis.
