Abstract
The meaning of collaborative e-tutoring is all of the e-tutors work together toward the objectives of the online course, which offers supports to other e-tutors or e- learners, and shares their experiences of e-tutoring. Based on our experiences of collaborative e-tutoring, we explore how it works in an intercultural e-learning course. 45 participants and six e-tutors (three from UK and three from China) were involved in this 11 weeks online course, and Moodle was used as VLE (virtual learning environment). Results demonstrate that collaborative e-tutoring is a very important strategy for tutoring in an intercultural context.
