Abstract
This paper follows DMAIC methodology of six sigma to identify and analyze the root causes of the problem of damage of ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) sheets which leads to customer complaint and suggest solutions to counter it. This problem not only leads to decreased profits but also loss of revenue, loss of market share, and customer dissatisfaction.
