Abstract :
A mixed analog/digital array has been developed and fabricated with a 1.2-μm, 8-GHz BiCMOS technology for application to interface systems between high-frequency analog modules and high-speed digital signal processing units. For a mobile receiver of the pan-European digital cellular radio, the signal path from the 900-MHz antenna input to a 270-kHz clocked digital interface is realized on this mixed array
