Abstract :
For formulation of candesartan cilexetil and for its stabilization in dosage form was used the coating/complexation by macrogol. NIR spectrometry was utilized for analysis of development samples to optimize ratios candesartan cilexetil and macrogol. The stable dosage form was developed by means of the NIR spectrometry.
