Abstract :
Real part of permeability of Yttrium Gadolinium Iron Oxide (Gd-YIG) has been observed in the frequency range from 30 to 120 GHz by using a free-space quasi-optical millimeter-wave spectrometer. The simulation results from both Schloemann´s and Soohoo´s equation have also been studied. The comparison between the simulation and experimental result, and the standard deviation have been performed and calculated through the whole frequency range.
