  • Abstract
This paper describes skin effect and impedance heat tracing systems, their design and proper applications. Selection criteria are displayed in a comparison format based on the author´s experience. Control systems and options are shown for area classification and increased reliability. Cost considerations and parameters for cost justification are presented for project analysis
