Abstract :
Introduces an integrated intelligent control system, namely the Intelligent Online Monitoring and Control System (IOMCS), for peroxide bleaching processes. The system has functions such as process upset monitoring, fault diagnosis, decision support, quality prediction and operation optimization. Functional modeling, fault propagation modeling and hierarchical decomposition techniques are introduced to improve the efficiency of the system. A neural network and a numerical calculation package are integrated into the system. Graphical information is provided in order that the operator can easily understand the operational conditions
