Research on the success promotion path of agent construction project in China: A perspective of economic paradigm

The researches on project success have proved that there are various factors could affect the project success, how to identify achievement methods for agent construction project (ACP) with more strict constraints than common project is a common problem. The article analysis the governance structure of ACP and generalizes critical success factors (CSFs) from theoretical analysis based on the project governance. In addition, it has established the achievement methods based on management and economics paradigm. It shows that project management tools and technique based on management paradigm mainly focus on the operational level of ACP and project governance mechanism based on economics paradigm makes it possible to reflect the arrangement of responsibilities and rights at the institutional design level. It can be concluded that the achievement methods based on management and economics paradigm could complement each other at different levels.
