  • Abstract
In order to improve the technology of suspended inertial sensors, a kind of lump superparamagnetic polymer nanocomposite is prepared by dispersing self-prepared magnetite nanoparticles into bismaleimide matrix using mechanical shear dispersion method. TEM pictures showed that magnetite nanoparticles were well dispersed in bismaleimide matrix without aggregation. Test data from MPMS system demonstrated that this new kind of composite exhibits excellent superparamagnetism. The result of magnetic performance experiment and simulation indicated sensors with this material will have good mechanical property and repeatability. This polymer nanocomposite can also be used as magnetic actuators with high precision.
