Radiation properties for some mesh configuration of Mesh Tapered Slot Antenna

This report has described the radiation and matching characteristic of MTSA in some mesh shape. It has been shown from experiment that the mesh shape has influenced to the matching in the high frequency range and the radiation pattern and the gain in the low frequency range. MTSA has possibility that the radiation pattern is able to be controlled by the mesh configuration. It also deals with consideration about group delay, phase center and mesh optimisation.
