Abstract
Based on the analysis of cold-chain process, it suggests using the theory of process control to analysis the critical control points in the cold-chain process, which influences the food safety. To identify the critical processes, this paper proposes a new and general decision making method for evaluating logistics systems using AHP and entropy weight method. Based on the integrated weight of criteria for critical control points, apply the process prioritization matrix to rank cold-chain processes. The top of the ranking list is considered as the critical processes which referred to food safety.
