Abstract :
An effort to reduce the size of microstrip antennas for the applications of global positioning system (GPS) signal reception is attempted in this paper. In contrast to use dielectric slabs with higher permittivity and result in higher manufacture cost, it is attempted here to employ dielectric slabs available on the market at a very low cost.
