Abstract :
The definition as well as measurement of the customer equity (CE) for B to C Web site has been a blank in the field of e-commerce. Based on the traditional definition and measurement model of the CE and customer lifetime value (CLV), this article gives the definition and sets the measurement model of CE for B to C Web site, accordingly, we propose suggestions on marketing management strategies.
