Abstract
This paper describes a case study examining the implementation of new product development and introduction theory in a small company. The study is based on the adaptation of modern techniques to suit the company in question. Five major activities are identified and company performance is assessed. Attitudes and perceptions within the company are also examined and recommendations for further work made. The current work is supported by a Teaching Company Scheme and Sirius Analytical Instruments Ltd. with the collaboration of Kingston University
