Research on strategy deployment for manufacturing enterprises group

The lack of effective strategy deployment method for the strategy executive process has caused many strategy management problems for the Chinese typical enterprise group such as difficulties in delivering strategy though the organization and changing the business strategy into operable actions. A new strategy deployment and mapping method called dasiaStrategy Housepsila, which is based on the theory of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), was given to solve the problems. The paper, on the basis of the hierarchical Strategy House, describes a strategy deployment and mapping model and its basic process. Then a developed Software prototype and a practical strategy deployment case of enterprise group are given to verify the validity of the theory.
