Abstract
Sewage treatment is a complex biochemical process. Under different conditions, aeration intensity is of uncertainty. The traditional PID control strategy can not realize the optimization control. Based on the parameter of DO(dissolved oxygen), Smith-self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller is proposed. The simulation result shows that, the newly developed controller has faster response speed, smaller overshoot and can reduce the static error effectively.
