Abstract
A steady-state analysis is performed on a dual-bridge LLC resonant inverter. In each line frequency half-period, the phase-shift between the gating signals of two bridges is varying sinusoidally to create pulsing dc link current for grid connection. With phase-shift variation between the two active bridges, different operating modes with corresponding equivalent circuits are identified. Steady-state solutions of important currents and voltages are then determined by solving resulted differential equations. Simulation and experimental results are illustrated for the purpose of validation.
