Abstract
Personnel system reform in the domestic is being taken in almost all the universities in China. The paper, based on the new situation arisen in university personnel system reform, puts forward some suggestions on how to deepen the university personnel system reform after analyzing the existing problems and introducing some valuable experience and practice. The suggestions include concept conversion, responsibilities distinguish, favorable reform external environment foundation, supervision strengthening and the personnel system reform combination with the teaching reform.
