Research on knowledge-sharing mechanism in enterprise group

In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes not only the primary factor that leads enterprises to success, but also the motivation that enterprises carry out innovation. Effective knowledge-sharing mechanism can help the member in an enterprise group learn from itself and others so as to achieve an ideal goal of the organization. Basing on exploring the knowledge-sharing process in the enterprise groups and analyzing the problems existing in knowledge-sharing mechanism, this paper puts forward suggestions for enterprise groups to build up knowledge-sharing mechanism.
