  • Abstract
Dynamic repeatability and linearity of the transducer are presented in this paper at first which include dynamic calibration, modeling, calculation methods of dynamic performance, repeatability and linearity on the base of a lot of dynamic calibration results. The dynamic performance improvement method of a force transducer (load cell) which uses the active analog filter is presented in the second part of this paper, including a design method of the dynamic compensated analog filter, dynamic mathematical model (continuous transfer function) of the calibrated force transducer and it´s analog simulator, the circuit diagram of the designed dynamic compensated filter, simulated and experimental results of the dynamic performance improvement in the time domain and in the frequency domain
