Abstract

Economic globalization and the integration process has led to competition among construction enterprises become increasingly fierce, which are adjusting their development strategies and efforts to seek for the knowledge economy and network environment to promote enterprise survival and development, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises in the new business management models and ideas. This paper first discussed the concept of the Lean SCM of construction enterprises and the problem of the CSCM. At last, proposed the strategy and model of Lean SCM of Construction Enterprises based on IOT.
