  • Abstract
    Stability control is one of the core technologies of the photoelectric stabilized products. It is difficult for classical control theory to deal with the conflict between the overshot and rapidity and to get satisfied dynamic performances. This paper set up the system mathematical model firstly, and a variable structure controller with integral sliding mode was designed based on the simplified model. Dynamic performance simulations and experiments show that the control system realizes zero overshot and rapidity, and its dynamic performance is better than that of the classical control system. The research provides a new stabilized control method for congeneric products.
