Author_Institution :

Abstract :
Web communities (WC) are currently evolving from strictly social entities into business enablers in the virtual marketplace. Today, most organizations are taking advantage of the opportunities that exist in WCs to provide customer-oriented services. These WCs survive on the interactive contributions of their members. In this paper, we propose a formal interactivity model that dynamically captures the contributions of members of the community. A formal framework is necessary to provide sound foundation for this new research area
