Abstract
The scattering problems for surfaces with different boundary conditions on their parts are of interest to many investigators. This is connected with the possibility of factorizing the vector Wiener-Hopf equations derived by Fourier integral transform application. The possibility of extension of such problems due to use of Kontorvich-Lebedev integral transform is shown
