Abstract
Measuring the parameters of inertial electrical circuits, in presence of strong interferences involves unique problems. These problems are especially aggravated when the measured circuit is "inertial", i.e. it includes conservative components as capacitors or inductors. In this case a long transient process may appear after the connection of the measured circuit to the measuring device. This process takes a significant time and may disturb the measuring. The present paper demonstrates the use of mixed signal circuits for electrical measurements. The suggested implementation permits overcoming the strong interferences. In addition it permits shortening the measurement time. The measurement method and its implementation are described. Some illustrative experimental results are also presented.
