  • Abstract
The non-equalization phenomenon is common in the enterprise service matching, which not only results in the waste of service resources, but also reduces the satisfaction of customer needs. As a result, how to achieve the service equalization in enterprise service selection becomes a serious challenge in the field. To solve this problem, this paper first designs the equalization-based classification of Quality of Service (QoS) attributes to reflect the current state of enterprise services. Then, a complete equalization-based service selection method is proposed, which can eliminate the non-equation phenomenon in service selection. Finally, simulation results validate the effectiveness of the method, which can improve the service utilization rate effectively without reducing the QoS a lot.
