  • Abstract
This paper inform us the advantage of laser burning technology by using the absorption of the laser energy on the material of brushes to produce the melting ball on the top of wire pins, the results would be better than traditional fuel burning methods. Laser has Gauss-beam mode with average energy-distribution to get stable long term operation and small HAZ (heating affect zone), so these brushes would have smooth curve of ball wire pins to make nice touch for skin or surface. For improving the traditional industrial manufacturing process, it is one suitable solution to use laser technology on burning engineering for molding wire pins.
