Abstract
The asymptotic performance of the blind minimum output energy (MOE) receiver is analyzed in the large code division multiple access (CDMA) network where both the spreading factor and number of users go to infinity with the same rate. Exact and approximate expressions for the asymptotic signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) of the MOE receiver are derived and the effect of the user channel vectors distribution on the performance of the MOE receiver relative to that of the optimum minimum mean squared-error (MMSE) receiver is discussed.
