Abstract :
The study of urban spheres of influence is divided into empirical research and modeling research, and we focus on the latter. Actually, in this paper we review the study progress in modeling research of urban spheres of influence in China. At present, the modeling research has two main lines in China: the application line, and the theoretical line. Each line will be introduced in detail with demonstration, comparation as well as analysis.
