Abstract :
We studied the evolution of HIV-1 (Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1) by means of coding theory and information dynamics. More precisely, (1) we applied various artificial codes to look for the similarity between these codes and the code of HIV-1; (2) the entropic chaos degree was used to describe the evolution of HIV-1.
