Abstract :
Self-calibration theory and the guarding method for binary inductive voltage divider(IVD) is described. The linearity of binary IVD is in level of 10-7 at frequency of 10 kHz and 10-6 at frequency of 100 kHz. Method to measure linearity of wideband digitizer using binary IVD is introduced. Nonlinearity is no more than 20 μV V at 1 kHz and 10 kHz, and 30 μV V at 100 kHz for full 10-Vpp scale. And the similar linearity curves are found at three frequencies.
