Abstract :
As a business environment rapidly changes, closer connected activities have been involved in the buyer-supplier relationship. Supply chain management is effective in integrating the production, operational, or strategic activities in buyer-seller relationships. The investigation of supply chain integrated performance aims to efficiently and efficiently satisfies customer needs and enhances customer satisfaction that this is the key element for processing competitive advantage. Knowledge value chain (KVC) is a sequence of intellectual tasks by which knowledge works build their employer´s unique competitive advantage and/or social and environmental benefit. KVC will discuss how it enabled the corporation improve and develop the most competitive advantage position. Therefore, in this paper, we use KVC model implemented for supply chain management performance. Firstly, supply chain management and comprehensive supply chain framework are discussed. Secondly, a framework of thinking about knowledge creation and application is processed and evidence of knowledge value chain management is presented through an examination of literature theory citations to practice. Thirdly, we discuses how the KCM and KVC can be used as a tool to assess and inventory organization current KM and propose the KCM and KVC as a framework for understanding KM applications and technologies. Finally, conceptual of knowledge based on supply chain and performance are discussed.
