Abstract :
This paper presents a new M-Commerce system in order to enhance the dominance position of Chongqing Mobile in the M-Commerce industry alliance The new plan schemes a new M-Commerce business operation management system, integrating the original “Hands-line” system and the BOSS system, to form a new business process. The new plan will help the mobile payment to become the mainstream of means of payment, the alliance to achieve the objectives.
