Manufactures usually adopt variable sales policies to deal with variable retailers. For perishable products, retailers make inventory management strategic to optimize their revenue. In this article, the problem of product buy-back in the supply chain is considered with demand uncertainty. We also provide what is the best time to take buy-back.
