Abstract :
In this paper, a matrix-based decision support system is developed to provide strategic advice that could improve merger control to policy-makers. The proposed matrix system is based on the graph model for conflict resolution (GMCR) that is an important tool for modeling and analyzing conflict problems. The designed system is applied to the case study of enterprise merger and acquisition to illustrate how to model and analyze merger problems, and take status quo analysis.
