Abstract :
Technological innovation needs financial innovation and financing difficulties is always the bottleneck in the development of intellectual property, to expand the scale of high-tech SMEs. It is the hot issues on research about how to make full use of the value of high-tech SMEs´ intellectual property backed loans and to get benefit from it. The thesis proposes an evolutionary game model to depict how the market of intellectual property pledge for loans works between the high-tech SMEs and the banks. Through the game model analysis, the main factors affecting the market were found. In order to get good market behavior, corresponding policy recommendations are given.
