  • Abstract
    The problem of parameterization of scattering mechanisms being met in the literature [1] [2] will be reconsidered from fundamental points of view when applying the Poincare sphere (PS) presentation of the voltage equation and the polarimetric two-port approach to the interferometry transmission equations.
