Abstract :
The tendency of last time - transition on city and backbone networks on technology IP, with transfer of packages in the pure state on a .dark fiber. The concept of the organization of the backbone on technology Ethernet is offered. The model is developed, allowing to predict the traffic main IP networks, on the basis of the data on average speed of a stream, to analyze quality of the main channels, to analyze overflow of buffer capacity of the RAM in conditions of peak loading, reservation of channels in conditions of the raised loading.
