Abstract
This article treats maintenance strategy problems combined with production plan and spare parts management environmentally conscious under a random demand. The manufacturing considered in this study makes only one type of product. The aim of our study is to maximize the equipment availability, minimize production costs and the carbon footprint considering the influence of production plan on the degradation system. Afterward, we determine thanks to ours models the optimal quantity to order for each type of spare parts (used or new) used in preventive and corrective maintenance actions minimizing costs and carbon footprint. Analytical studies followed by numerical examples illustrate this policy.
