Abstract
The main goals of the Linear Collider (LC) Workshop were to discuss research programs of the various laboratories around the world, to identify common areas of interest in the various next-generation LC designs, and to advance these programs by collaboration. The following issues are reviewed here: damping rings and sources, beam dynamics and wakefields, RF power sources, RF structures, instrumentation, and final focus. The outlook in this field is briefly discussed
